Mojo Monday 182

Thanks to everyone who played along in last week's Mojo Madness contest!   We're making our final selections from the 300+ entries you submitted and will be announcing our mojolicious picks from last week's contest on Wednesday, so be sure to check back then to see the winning cards!

But in the meantime, it's time for a new sketch! This week we're back to playing just for fun.  As always, feel free to substitute if you don't have a specific shape! 

To play along, just make a project using the provided sketch and upload it to your blog or online gallery. Then leave a link to your project using the linky widget at the bottom of this post.

There is no time limit - you can always play any week at any time, but I will close the linking form on Sunday night at 8:00pm (Mountain). That way there's no confusion which linky is the current one. If you upload to online galleries, please use keyword/tag MOJO182.

This week's sketch is based on this card I made a while back. I liked the simple lines and the diagonal ribbon, so I thought it would be a nice sketch to follow last week's more intricate one. For my card, I went with a larger shape to fit the scripture I wanted to use, then hung a little tag from my fibers. For more about my sample card, you can check it out on my blog, Poetic Artistry. Mojo Monday 181 - CONTEST

Welcome to another month of Mojo Monday!  It's the first Monday of the month and that means it's time to kick off our March CONTEST! {For those of you new to Mojo, we just play for fun most weeks, but the first sketch of every month is our Mojo Madness contest with prizes for our top picks.} Are you ready to play? 

The Prizes: We'll have one winner for every 50 entries, up to a max of SEVEN winners!!! Winners will receive the Verve Stamps set of their choice.

How to play: Just upload a project using this week's sketch to your online blog or gallery. Then leave a link to your project in the linky widget at the bottom of this post.  If you upload to online galleries, please also use tag/keyword MOJO181. Our challenge is open to everyone, Verve stamps are NOT required to participate, and you can enter as many times as you want.

Deadline: The linky entry widget will close at 8PM MT {Click here for time conversion} on Sunday, March 13, so all entries need to be in before then. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, March 16.

For my card I went with borders, butterflies and bling, but feel free to make the flower and flourishes any shape, stamp or embellishment you want.
