Mojo Monday 218 - CONTEST

Welcome to another Mojo Monday!  It's the start of a new month and that means it's time to kick off our December Mojo Madness CONTEST! {For those of you new to Mojo, we just play for fun most weeks, but the first sketch of every month is our Mojo Madness contest with prizes for our top picks.}

Are you ready to play? This week's fun sketch comes from Teresa Kline!

The Prizes: We'll have one winner for every 50 entries, up to a max of SEVEN winners!!! Winners will receive the Verve Stamps set of their choice. 

How to play: Just upload a project using this week's sketch to your online blog or gallery. Then leave a link to your project in the linky widget at the bottom of this post.  If you upload to online galleries, please also use tag/keyword MOJO218. Our challenge is open to everyone, Verve stamps are NOT required to participate, and you can enter as many times as you want.  As always, if you don't have a particular shape, feel free to substitute.

Deadline: The linky entry widget will close at 8PM MT {Click here for time conversion} on Sunday, December 11, so all entries need to be in before then. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, December 14.

Thanks to everyone who played along in last week's Mojo Madness contest!   We're making our final selections and will be announcing our mojolicious picks from last week's contest on Wednesday, so be sure to check back then to see the winning cards! 

But in the meantime, it's Monday again and that means it's time for a new sketch! This week we're back to playing just for fun and since I've been swamped with Verve's new release, Teresa Kline stepped in for me with this adorable sketch! As always, feel free to substitute if you don't have a specific shape!

Happy Mojo Monday!  For the last week of the month, we like to mix things up and focus on non-traditional sized cards.  So since it's Round or Square week try a round card, a square card or both if you're feeling really inspired!!  {If you're not sure how to make a round card, I described my process in the 2nd paragraph of this post on my blog a few months ago.}

As for today, it's Monday and time for a new sketch!  We're back to playing just for fun this week, with a fun skectch designed by Teresa Kline that's perfect for using up scraps!  Don't get too caught up on the exact width of each layer - just make it work for you!  We used simple shapes for the sketch, but feel free to have fun with different borders and shapes!
