Mojo Monday 197

Happy Monday, Mojo friends!  How's your summer treating you?  It's been super busy around here, so this week we've got a simple sketch for you.  Feel free to dress it up or dress it down to your heart's content. The ribbon, flower and rounded corners are simply embellishment suggestions.  We just hope you're able to find a pocket of "ME" time amidst the busyness of summer activities to play along!  Since it's the last week of the month, we like to mix things up and focus on non-traditional sized cards, so we've given you a Round or Square option.  Try a round card, a square card or both if you're feeling really inspired!!  {If you're not sure how to make a round card, I described my process in the 2nd paragraph of this post on my blog a few months ago.} And for those unsure about square cards a 4.25" square is a perfect size to start with, and it will even fit in a regular A2 envelope.

As always, feel free to substitute if you don't have a specific shape - just make the sketch work for you!  To play along, make a project using the provided sketch and upload it to your blog or online gallery. Then leave a link to your project using the linking widget at the bottom of this post.  There is no time limit - you can always play any week at any time, but the linking form is scheduled to close at 8:00pm (Mountain) on Sunday night. That way there's no confusion which link list is the current one. If you upload to online galleries, please use keyword/tag MOJO197.

Click the link at the bottom of this post for the entry form.  Please type your name or screen name in the Caption or Title field, then choose the link and photo you'd like to enter.  Please link directly to your specific blog post with your card in it, and not your general blog url.

Note: If you're having problems linking (especially to SCS), try entering the link to your card, then choosing From File instead of From Web. Then just browse to where your picture is saved on your computer to get your thumbnail.
