Mojo Monday 175

Welcome to another week of Mojo Monday!  It's time to get sketchy and this week we've got a fun one for you with limited layers, which you can dress up or down!

To play along, make a project using the provided sketch and upload it to your blog or online gallery. Then leave a link to your project using the linky widget at the bottom of this post.

There is no time limit - you can always play any week at any time, but I will close the linking form on Sunday night at 8:00pm (Mountain). That way there's no confusion which linky is the current one. If you upload to online galleries, please use keyword/tag MOJO175.

Julee's SampleThis week's sketch was inspired by a card I made a few weeks ago for the Verve release. I loved the way it came together, especially the possibility for so many different interpretations of the ribbon/border strip across the horizontal panel. And those hat pins are so hot right now, I thought I'd see what y'all can do with them. If you don't have store bought ones - you can raid your sewing stash and add a few embellishments to a stick pin, or just get creative with your stamps, like Mary did below.

As always, if you don't have a certain shape, feel free to substitute.  For my original card I used a heart shape, but for this week's sample I went with a circle. The most important thing is to make the sketch work for you and to have fun!

And to get your mojo wheels a turnin' this week, here's a little inspiration from the Mojo Makers:

Click the link at the bottom of this post for the entry form.  Please type your name or screen name in the Caption or Title field, then choose the link and photo you'd like to enter.  Please link directly to your specific blog post with your card in it, and not your general blog url.

Note: If you're having problems linking (especially to SCS), try entering the link to your card, then choosing From File instead of From Web. Then just browse to where your picture is saved on your computer to get your thumbnail.
